Most jobs are priced in advance based on the details you provide.
For smaller or unclear jobs, we may apply a £50 call-out, which covers up to around one hour of work. If we expect a job to go beyond that, we’ll let you know beforehand.
If it turns out on arrival that the work isn’t suitable within that scope, we’ll explain the options — or leave without charging.
We always confirm pricing before starting any work.
We do not do:
- Major plumbing work (e.g. pipe replacement, bathroom fitting)
- Electrical work requiring certification (e.g. rewiring, fuse box work)
- Structural work (e.g. wall removal, major carpentry)
